Operation, safety and compliance
What is NewsCore?
NewsCore is an ecosystem of AI agents designed to transform the web into actionable insights in order to monitor and analyze its ecosystem in real time. We are the first 100% AI-native SaaS web intelligence and market intelligence platform.
How does NewsCore work?
NewsCore is the first SaaS AI-native web intelligence solution. It is aimed at the field of strategic intelligence. It uses its own machine learning algorithms as well as generative AI technologies shaped by LLMs (large language models) from OpenAI and Mistral. NewsCore agents scrape online information from all over the world and in all languages thanks to Semantic Search technologies, analyze and score this information and its sources according to a context provided by the user, and retranscribe it in the form of summaries, fact sheets and dashboards.
How do I configure a NewsCore agent?
To set up a NewsCore agent, simply write your prompt in natural language, choose your content source languages, choose your summary language, choose the channels you wish to monitor (web, news, social networks, ...) and finally choose the companies you wish to follow (for competitive agents). If you wish, you can manually add and exclude sources, content, RSS feeds and accounts, as well as customize the structure of your agent's generative summary.
What technology does NewsCore use?
NewsCore uses its own machine learning algorithms as well as generative AI technologies shaped by LLMs (large language models) from OpenAI and Mistral.
Is my data secure on NewsCore?
Your data is totally secure and confidential on NewsCore. Our servers are based in France and SecNumcloud-qualified by ANSSI. Each customer's agents work in isolation.
Is my agents' RAG shared with all customers?
No. Each NewsCore agent has a common technological base, but once launched, the agents act in total autonomy and independence. As you interact with them, your NewsCore agents will improve their relevance and completeness according to your own expectations. If you delete a NewsCore agent, this self-learning will be lost.
Technology, AI Agents, LLMs in general
What's an AI Agent?
An AI agent (artificial intelligent agent) is a computer system capable of perceiving its environment, making decisions and acting autonomously to achieve specific goals. It is a program that acts as an "agent" to accomplish a task, often autonomously or semi-autonomously, using artificial intelligence.
What is an LLM?
An LLM, or Large Language Model, is a type of artificial intelligence designed to understand, generate and manipulate natural language (such as French or English), from large quantities of text. This algorithm is trained on billions of words to be able to answer questions, summarize documents, translate texts, write emails, articles, code, and so on.
What does it mean to be an AI-native company?
Being an AI-native company means a change in technological vision, where the entire stack is based on LLMs, enabling better data handling, self-improvement and, for the first time, interactivity in use. Being AI-native means you don't have to integrate AI bricks into a technological package that wasn't designed for them, and often doesn't use the same IT language. It also allows us to develop a user experience (UX) around new man-machine interaction capabilities, rather than limiting ourselves to "gadget functionalities".
What is dynamic search?
Dynamic search is a new form of information retrieval, made possible by LLMs. In a natural language query, the LLM will vectorize the words chosen within the context posed, to integrate the entire relevant semantic field. The LLM then scans the database and selects only the content using this semantic field. All this is based on a dual weighting methodology: a relevance score for the content itself, and an authority score for the content source. The result is less or no informational noise, while avoiding information loss. Dynamic search replaces Boolean search, which is based solely on inclusion or exclusion of keywords and not on their semantic field.
What is an AI tag?
An AI tag is a filtering property present in NewsCore agents. It's a prompt within a prompt. It allows you to perform a special semantic search on all the information present in your NewsCore agent.
How can I be sure that NewsCore agents meet my needs?
If your job requires you to search for information online, NewsCore agents are for you. The agents find and make reliable sources, scrape, read, scan, group and summarize each piece of content, track companies and detect new entrants, synthesize and visualize the insights uncovered. They meet the information needs of market watchers and strategists, marketers and communicators, sales teams, innovation teams, lawyers, purchasing and procurement departments.
